Here is an easy way to pack more fruits and vegetables in your diet! 

Blueberry and Mixed Veggie Smoothie
Serves 2

Ingredients:

1 cup blueberries
1 medium avocado
1 carrot
Handful of spinach 
Handful of Kale
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
½ cup yogurt
Water (can be skipped if you like thick and creamy smoothies)

Directions:

  1. Add the ingredients above in a blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth.

Note:

  1. I don’t use any sweetener in my smoothies. You can add sugar, honey or maple syrup if you prefer yours sweet. 
  2. Water can be skipped entirely. You can add per your preference if you prefer thinner smoothies.
