Blueberry and Mixed Vegetables Smoothie

Here is an easy way to pack more fruits and vegetables in your diet!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries
1 medium avocado
1 carrot
Handful of spinach
Handful of Kale
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
½ cup yogurt
Water (can be skipped if you like thick and creamy smoothies)
Directions:
- Add the ingredients above in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
Note:
- I don’t use any sweetener in my smoothies. You can add sugar, honey or maple syrup if you prefer yours sweet.
- Water can be skipped entirely. You can add per your preference if you prefer thinner smoothies.
