Hubby dearest loves to grill and hence atleast once every week, we light up the grill. This is a very simple recipe for grilling super delicious lamb shoulder blades.

Ingredients:

  • Two lamb shoulder blades
  • Olive oil 1 tbs
  • Ginger paste 1 tbs
  • Garlic paste 1 tbs
  • Rosemary 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Black Pepper

Preparation:

  1. Mix olive oil, ginger paste, garlic paste, rosemary, oregano, red chili flakes and salt in a bowl and set aside

  1. Sprinkle black pepper on both sides of the shoulder blades

  1. Rub the marinade on both sides and leave overnight in the fridge (you can marinate for even longer, but I like to leave for 24 hours minimum before grilling)

Grilling (Gas Grill):

  1. Preheat grill to 450 F
  2. On high heat, sear both sides for 1 minute each
  3. Lower heat until temperature is approximately 350 F
  4. Cook until desired wellness, 5-7 minutes on each side for medium to medium-well
