Quick, easy and delicious, you cannot go wrong with this super simple lamb chops recipe.

 

Marinade (for 6-7 pieces)

1 cup Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Garlic Paste
1 Tablespoon Ginger Paste
1-2 Tablespoons crushed red peppers
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper (Ground or crushed)
1 Tablespoon Rosemary
1 Teaspoon Sea/Himalayan or Kosher Salt
1-2 Tablespoons Mustard
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

 

Mix
Mix the above ingredients together, throw in chops and completely cover.
Leave marinated chops in fridge over night or atleast 8-12 hours.

 

 

Grill
Heat BBQ grill to 500 F. Sear both sides for 1 minute each (at 500 F). Lower heat to 350 F and baste the chops with leftover marinade or olive oil. Cook for 5-7 mins or until desired doneness. Flip the chops, baste again and grill for another 5-7 minutes.

 

2-3 mins - medium rare
5-7 mins - medium
7-9 mins - well done

Times are for each side.
