Simple mixed fruits and vegetables smoothie recipe

Berries, Banana, Avocado and Kale Smoothie
Serves 2

Ingredients:

1 cup blueberries
½ cup raspberries
1 banana
1 medium avocado
Handful of Kale
½ cup yogurt
Water (can be skipped if you like thick and creamy smoothies)

Directions:

  1. Add the ingredients above in a blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth.

Note:

  1. I don’t use any sweetener in my smoothies. You can add sugar, honey or maple syrup if you prefer yours sweet. 
  2. Water can be skipped entirely. You can add per your preference if you prefer thinner smoothies.
